1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph2866 ("ph2866," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph2866 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ph2866.app (the "Platform").

By creating a ph2866 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ph2866 Platform. ph2866 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ph2866 is operated under a PAGCOR license and is primarily intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ph2866 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph2866 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or use ph2866:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph2866 or any other gambling platform;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ph2866 or its affiliated companies;
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the ph2866 Platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one ph2866 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. ph2866 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact ph2866 support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2866 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph2866 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph2866 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph2866 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a driver's license, passport, or SSS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. ph2866 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph2866 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the ph2866 cashier page. ph2866 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. ph2866 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ph2866 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph2866 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use ph2866 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. ph2866 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Any funds identified as proceeds of illegal activity will be forfeited and reported.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph2866 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph2866 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. ph2866's determination in such matters is final.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ph2866 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

All ph2866 games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer operations that have been independently audited for fairness. ph2866 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, ph2866 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2866 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ph2866 Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph2866 staff or other players;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.

ph2866 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with such account. ph2866 may also refer the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8. Responsible Gaming

We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2866 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ph2866 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph2866 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph2866 content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2866 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

ph2866's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph2866 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph2866 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

11. Privacy

ph2866 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a ph2866 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph2866 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in all data handling activities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph2866 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between you and ph2866, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph2866's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
